4. WhatsApp Business API
Booklee uses the official WhatsApp Business API. End-user conversations are processed solely to provide the automation features you have configured. We do not retain message content beyond the period required to deliver and audit those automations.

Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with SSL in transit and at rest. Access to customer data is limited to staff who require it to operate the service. We maintain reasonable safeguards consistent with industry standards.
