1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Booklee ("the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Booklee provides a conversational AI agent for service businesses — handling lead qualification, appointment booking, automated reminders, client retention, revenue forecasting, and business intelligence reporting across messaging channels (including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, SMS, and web chat). Features available depend on your subscription tier.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity on your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to send spam, harass recipients, distribute malware, or violate any applicable law — including the messaging policies of any channel provider (WhatsApp Business, Meta, etc.). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable consumer law.
6. Free Trial
New customers may be offered a 14-day free trial. We may modify or end the free trial program at any time. After the trial, your account converts to a paid plan unless cancelled.
7. Intellectual Property
Booklee, the platform, and all associated trademarks and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide; you grant us a limited license to use it solely to operate the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booklee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
